- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and bake 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
