Pineapple Bake Recipe: A Moist, Sweet Tropical Dessert You’ll Love

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 9x9-inch baking dish
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge up to 4 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months, thaw before reheating.
