Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Beat egg with 1 tsp water to make egg wash.
- Unfold puff pastry and gently roll seams flat.
- Brush entire surface with egg wash.
- Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning; press lightly.
- Cut into 1-inch squares and transfer to baking sheets.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm or re-crisp later as needed.
