Everything Bagel Chicken Croissants

Flaky buttery crescent rolls stuffed with creamy rotisserie chicken, melted cheese, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. An easy 30-minute recipe that's perfect for lunch, dinner, meal prep, or entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • Filling
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Dough
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Topping
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Separate crescent dough into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken adds extra flavor and convenience.
Do not overfill the croissants.
Add bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Best served warm.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer for maximum crispness.
