- Mix flour + salt. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Add ice water + vinegar gradually. Stir until dough forms.
- Divide, wrap, chill 30 mins.
- Roll out, fit into pie plate. Fill + bake as needed.
Notes
Best when dough is well-chilled.
Try half butter, half shortening for extra flake.
