French Onion Garlic Chicken

Tender baked chicken coated in a creamy garlic and French onion topping, then baked until juicy and golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • lbs chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 oz onion soup mix
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper

Equipment

  • baking dish

  • Thermometer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry.
  3. Mix mayo, garlic, and onion soup mix.
  4. Spread mixture over chicken.
  5. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve.

Bone-in chicken provides extra flavor.
Boneless chicken cooks faster.
