- Spread the Fritos in an even layer on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar. Stir constantly until completely melted, smooth, and glossy (about 3–4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture evenly over the Fritos, coating as many chips as possible.
- Let cool at room temperature (or refrigerate) until the coating hardens, 30–45 minutes.
- Break into chunks and serve.
