Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 bag Fritos Original corn chips

Method
 

  1. Spread the Fritos in an even layer on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar. Stir constantly until completely melted, smooth, and glossy (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture evenly over the Fritos, coating as many chips as possible.
  4. Let cool at room temperature (or refrigerate) until the coating hardens, 30–45 minutes.
  5. Break into chunks and serve.

Notes
