Garden Vegetable Spread

A fresh, creamy vegetable spread made with cream cheese, crisp garden vegetables, and herbs — perfect for bagels, crackers, and brunch boards.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup bell peppers finely diced
  • ¼ cup radishes finely diced
  • ¼ cup carrot finely grated (squeezed dry)
  • 3 –4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Rubber spatula or hand mixer
  • Paper towels (for squeezing vegetables)

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in vegetables, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture
Finely dice vegetables for even distribution
Always chill before serving for best flavor
Keeps refrigerated up to 7 days
