Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Juicy beef, melty cheese, and garlicky butter wrapped in golden crescent rolls — the ultimate game day appetizer or family dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 500 g ground beef 80/20
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese + more for topping
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • mixing bowl
  • pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Heat oil or butter in skillet; cook onion 3–5 minutes.
  2. Add beef and brown for 5–7 minutes; drain grease.
  3. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix in cheeses until melted.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
  6. Place 1–2 tbsp filling on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up and seal edges.
  7. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Swap beef for ground turkey or sausage for variety.
Add a slice of pickle inside before rolling for a tangy surprise!
Serve with burger sauce, spicy mayo, or ranch for dipping.
