Method
- Heat oil or butter in skillet; cook onion 3–5 minutes.
- Add beef and brown for 5–7 minutes; drain grease.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Remove from heat.
- Mix in cheeses until melted.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Place 1–2 tbsp filling on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up and seal edges.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Swap beef for ground turkey or sausage for variety.
Add a slice of pickle inside before rolling for a tangy surprise!
Serve with burger sauce, spicy mayo, or ranch for dipping.
