Method
- reheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Brown ground beef with 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain and cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Add a spoonful of beef and a mozzarella cube.
- Seal the dough tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on the sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan mixed with 1 tsp garlic powder.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until deeply golden and the cheese is melted.
- Brush with more butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm (marinara optional for dipping).
Notes
Cool the beef slightly before filling. Seal tightly and place seam-side down. Brush generously with butter so the topping sticks. Best served hot for maximum cheese pull. Excellent with marinara or ranch. Assemble ahead and refrigerate or freeze. Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer.
