- Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan with parchment.
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Whisk honey, sugar, eggs, vanilla, zest.
- Combine wet and dry. Stir in nuts.
- Spread in pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over top.
- Let set and slice into bars.
