- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 dish.
- Brown ground beef with onion and celery; drain excess grease.
- Stir in soups, green beans, broth, soy sauce, and seasonings.
- Spread mixture into baking dish.
- Toss noodles with melted butter and sprinkle over top.
- Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes until bubbly and crisp.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add water chestnuts for extra crunch
Do not mix noodles into the filling
Reheat leftovers in an air fryer for best texture
