Grandma’s No-Bake Strawberry Delight

A creamy, layered no-bake dessert with buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
Optional Gelatin Layer:
  • 1 packet strawberry gelatin
  • ½ cup hot water

Equipment

  • 8x8 baking dish
  • mixing bowls
  • Mixer
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into dish. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread over crust.
  5. Add sliced strawberries.
  6. Optional: Add gelatin mixture.
  7. Chill 2–4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries
Chill fully before slicing
Skip gelatin for softer texture
Best served cold
