Flaky croissants filled with deli ham and melted Swiss cheese, brushed with butter, topped with sesame seeds, and baked until golden brown. Perfect for brunch, holiday breakfasts, entertaining, and meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 oz deli ham
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame or poppy seeds
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Serrated knife
  • pastry brush
  • mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice croissants horizontally.
  3. Add ham and Swiss cheese.
  4. Season lightly.
  5. Replace croissant tops.
  6. Brush with butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle seeds.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
