- Mix ground beef with seasonings and form 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in skillet; cook patties 4–5 mins per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook onions with butter and sugar until golden, 15–20 mins.
- Stir in flour, then add broth and Worcestershire. Simmer until thickened.
- Return patties to pan, spoon sauce over top, and heat through.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
