- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Beat wet ingredients.
- Combine dry and wet just until mixed.
- Fold in carrots and pineapple.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 mins.
- Cool completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Frost cake and slice to serve.
