- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until smooth.
- Mix in applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Stir in oats, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in raisins or nuts.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool, then enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add sugar-free chocolate chips or shredded coconut.
