1/4 oz packet unflavored gelatin
1/3

dry milk powder
1/4

kosher salt

grated mild cheddar or a mix of cheddar and Colby
Instructions
Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving extra overhang.
Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
In a blender, combine gelatin, milk powder, and salt. Pulse to mix.
Pour in boiling water and pulse again.
Quickly add grated cheese and blend until smooth.
Pour into the lined pan, level the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.
Slice and use as needed. Store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
Notes
✔ Use freshly grated cheese for best texture
✔ Not suitable for freezing
✔ Do not microwave to melt—use stovetop for creamy results
