Method
- Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving extra overhang.
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- In a blender, combine gelatin, milk powder, and salt. Pulse to mix.
- Pour in boiling water and pulse again.
- Quickly add grated cheese and blend until smooth.
- Pour into the lined pan, level the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.
- Slice and use as needed. Store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
