Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange cut-side down on a baking sheet.

  6. Roast another 5–7 minutes until caramelized.
