- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl until a thick, fudgy dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until tops are crackly and set but centers still feel slightly soft.
- Cool on the pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Store airtight once cooled.

Dough will be thick—this is correct. Do not overbake; centers should remain soft. Fudgy-style brownie mixes work best. Add chocolate chips if desired. Cookies firm as they cool but stay fudgy inside. Freeze well. Best within a few days or frozen for longer storage.
