- Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let it foam (5–10 mins).
- Add oil and eggs. Mix well.
- Combine flour and salt, then mix into wet ingredients to form dough.
- Knead until smooth and elastic (8–10 mins).
- Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise (1–1.5 hrs).
- Punch down, shape into 12–16 balls.
- Arrange in 9x13 pan, cover, and rise again (30–45 mins).
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake 20–25 mins until golden.
- Brush with melted butter. Cool slightly, then serve warm.
