- Combine cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne in a bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- (Optional) Broil 1–2 minutes for a toasted top.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Substitute Swiss or Gruyère for Jarlsberg if needed.
Add jalapeño or smoked paprika for spice.
Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
Slow cooker method: heat on low 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
