Keto Cheesy Pan Focaccia

Warm, low-carb cheesy focaccia with a crisp bottom and bubbly top — perfect for keto comfort food cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Optional toppings: dried herbs garlic powder, flaky salt, extra cheese

Equipment

  • 8-10 inch oven-safe skillet
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Oven mitts (because that skillet gets HOT!)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C); heat skillet inside oven.
  2. Mix mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder. Stir in egg, melted butter/oil until sticky dough forms.
  3. Carefully remove skillet, grease if needed. Spread dough evenly.
  4. Top with herbs, garlic, salt, extra cheese.
  5. Bake 12-15 min until golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes or bacon for extra flavor.
Reheat leftovers in skillet or oven for best texture.
