No-bake sugar-free chocolate peanut clusters that are crunchy, rich, and perfect for keto and low-carb lifestyles.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 4 oz sugar-free chocolate
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter
  2. Stir in vanilla
  3. Mix in peanuts
  4. Scoop onto parchment
  5. Chill 1–2 hours
  6. Serve

Notes

Melt slowly to avoid grainy chocolate
Use high-quality sugar-free chocolate
Add sea salt for extra flavor
Store chilled
