Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups
Low-carb, high-protein, cheesy roll-ups that deliver all the flavor of a classic Philly cheesesteak without the carbs.
Large skillet
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
spatula
Knife and cutting board
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft (5–7 min).
Stir in Worcestershire and cream cheese until melted and combined.
Spread cheese on baking sheet in a 10x13" rectangle. Bake 5–8 min.
Let cool slightly, then spread beef mixture on top.
Roll tightly and slice into 1–2 inch rounds.
Serve warm and enjoy the melty, cheesy goodness!
Don’t overbake the cheese! You want it flexible, not crispy.
Try pepper jack for added spice or provolone for a more traditional Philly taste.
Make ahead? Store uncut roll in the fridge, slice and reheat as needed.
Add mushrooms or hot peppers for even more depth and flavor.
