Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients
  

  • * 1 box 15.25 oz lemon cake mix
  • * 1 can 21 oz lemon pie filling
  • * 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • * 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread lemon pie filling evenly in the dish.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of softened cream cheese over the filling.
  4. Sprinkle lemon cake mix evenly over the cream cheese.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly across the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

* For extra indulgence, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
* Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
