Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon zest & juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan grated
  • Optional: red pepper flakes parsley/basil

Equipment

  • Large pot (for pasta)
  • Colander (to drain pasta)
  • Large deep skillet or sauté pan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Zester (for lemon zest)
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Sharp knife & cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden. Remove from skillet.
  3. Make sauce with lemon zest, juice, cream, broth, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add chicken and pasta to sauce. Toss and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Protein Swap: Try shrimp, salmon, or even rotisserie chicken instead of chicken breast.
