Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh lemon preferably organic
  • - 1 cup warm or room-temperature filtered water
  • - Optional: 1 tsp raw honey pinch of cinnamon, ginger slice

Equipment

  • Citrus juicer or handheld reamer
  • knife
  • Cutting board
  • Glass or mug
  • Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Wash and scrub the lemon under running water.
  2. Slice the lemon in half and squeeze juice from one half (or the whole lemon for stronger flavor).
  3. Pour warm (not hot) water into a glass or mug.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice.
  5. Add honey, cinnamon, or ginger if desired.
  6. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.
  7. Rinse mouth with plain water after drinking to protect enamel.

Notes

- Avoid boiling water, which can degrade vitamin C.
- Use fresh lemons daily instead of bottled juice for full benefits.
- Make it a daily habit to maximize long-term results.
