Ingredients

  • cups cooked chicken breast finely diced or shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • ¾ cup thick Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet, parchment paper, mixing bowl, pastry brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix chicken, bacon, Alfredo, mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each dough piece into a 3–4 inch circle. Add 2–3 Tbsp filling, seal tightly into a ball, and place seam-side down.
  4. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Use thick Alfredo sauce. Pinch seals tightly and place seam-side down. Do not overfill. Best served warm. Excellent with marinara, Alfredo, or ranch for dipping. Can be assembled ahead or frozen unbaked. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
