- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch dish.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble. Reserve a little for the top.
- Brown the ground beef with the onion over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Stir in the garlic for the final minute.
- Drain the fat well, then stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire.
- Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together.
- Spread the beef in the dish, pour the egg-cream over it, and stir to distribute. Fold in half the cheddar.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and most of the bacon.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until set, bubbling, and golden on top.
- Rest 10 minutes, top with the reserved bacon and fresh toppings, then serve.
