Mediterranean Chopped Salad

Mediterranean Chopped Salad A zesty, colorful salad packed with fresh veggies and bold Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup halved Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl 🥗
  • Small bowl or jar for dressing
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Salad tongs or spoons

Method
 

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Toss salad with dressing and serve.

Add cheese, beans, or avocado for variations.
