Ingredients
  

For Crust:

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted

For Filling:

  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 ripe bananas sliced

For Topping:

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh banana slices optional
  • Garnish options: chocolate shavings crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Mix crust ingredients and press into muffin tin; bake at 350°F for 8–10 min.
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk until thick; fold in whipped cream.
  • Add banana slices to each crust, top with filling, and chill.
  • Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla, then pipe on top.
  • Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

✔ Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
✔ Use lemon juice to keep bananas from browning.
✔ Customize toppings for any occasion!
