- Mix crust ingredients and press into muffin tin; bake at 350°F for 8–10 min.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until thick; fold in whipped cream.
- Add banana slices to each crust, top with filling, and chill.
- Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla, then pipe on top.
- Garnish and serve chilled.
