Ingredients
  

For Crust:
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
For Filling:
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 ripe bananas sliced
For Topping:
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh banana slices optional
  • Garnish options: chocolate shavings crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Piping bag (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into muffin tin; bake at 350°F for 8–10 min.
  2. Whisk pudding mix and milk until thick; fold in whipped cream.
  3. Add banana slices to each crust, top with filling, and chill.
  4. Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla, then pipe on top.
  5. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

✔ Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
✔ Use lemon juice to keep bananas from browning.
✔ Customize toppings for any occasion!
