Mushroom Swiss Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredients

mushrooms
chopped

cup
onion
chopped

cloves
garlic
minced
1
cup
breadcrumbs
½
cup
Swiss cheese
¼
cup
milk
1
egg
1
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
salt
½
tsp
pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté mushrooms, onions & garlic.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
Bake for 60–65 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or green beans for a full meal. Great for freezer-friendly dinners
