Naturally Delicious Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

This creamy, no-churn strawberry ice cream is made with just 3 ingredients and packed with fresh fruit flavor. A perfect healthy summer dessert for the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • mixing bowl
  • Hand or stand mixer
  • spatula
  • - Freezer-safe container
  • Plastic wrap or airtight lid

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir the strawberry purée into the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
  5. Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Cover and freeze for 6+ hours or overnight before serving.
