Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Whisk cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl.
- Combine eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and coffee. Add to dry mix; stir just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 45-50 min until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool 10 min, then invert onto wire rack.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with ganache.
Add nuts or mini chips for variation.
