Ingredients
  

Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Topping:
  • 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

  • Refrigerator

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9×13-inch pan. Chill briefly.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread filling over crust. Top evenly with cherry pie filling.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Store covered in fridge up to 5 days.
Feel free to use other pie fillings like blueberry, apple, or strawberry for variety.
