- Combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to boil, stir constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla, oats, coconut, and chocolate chips.
- Cool slightly, then shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on lined baking sheet. Chill 30 minutes.
- Store in fridge in airtight container.
