- Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and chill.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, vanilla, and juice.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Mix 1 cup of filling with orange gelatin.
- Pour plain filling into crust. Dollop orange mix and swirl.
- Chill 4+ hours. Garnish and serve.
