No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake
A creamy no-bake cheesecake swirled with vibrant orange flavor over a buttery graham cracker crust.
✅ 9-inch springform pan or pie dish
✅ Mixing bowls (2–3)
✅ Electric mixer (hand or stand)
✅ Rubber spatula
✅ Whisk
✅ Knife or skewer (for swirling)
✅ Refrigerator
Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice optional
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Swirl:
- 3 tbsp orange gelatin powder
- ¼ cup boiling water
- Orange food coloring optional
Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and chill.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, vanilla, and juice.
Fold in whipped cream.
Mix 1 cup of filling with orange gelatin.
Pour plain filling into crust. Dollop orange mix and swirl.
Chill 4+ hours. Garnish and serve.
