- Lightly crush pretzels and place in a bowl.
- Microwave peanut butter and honey until smooth; stir in vanilla and salt.
- Mix peanut butter mixture into pretzels until coated.
- Form clusters and freeze 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate (with coconut oil if using).
- Dip clusters in chocolate and place on parchment.
- Let set at room temp or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Use shelf-stable peanut butter for best results.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chocolate sets for extra flavor.
