No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Sweet, salty, crunchy clusters made with pretzels, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate — an easy no-bake treat perfect for snacks, gifting, or parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists lightly crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup + 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Lightly crush pretzels and place in a bowl.
  2. Microwave peanut butter and honey until smooth; stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Mix peanut butter mixture into pretzels until coated.
  4. Form clusters and freeze 15 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate (with coconut oil if using).
  6. Dip clusters in chocolate and place on parchment.
  7. Let set at room temp or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Use shelf-stable peanut butter for best results.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chocolate sets for extra flavor.
Store chilled for best texture.
