Ingredients
  

  • - 1 pound bologna
  • - 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • - ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • - 1 cup mayonnaise
  • - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Equipment

  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Pulse chopped bologna and hard-boiled eggs in a food processor until finely chopped but not mushy.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add relish and mayonnaise; mix until creamy and well blended.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled on bread, toast, or crackers.

Notes

- Customize with yellow mustard, dill relish, or chopped celery.
