- Season both sides of the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the pork is fork-tender.
- Stir the gravy before serving.
- Spoon the creamy ranch gravy generously over each pork chop.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite vegetables.
