Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta penne, fusilli, or fettuccine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Wooden spoon
  • - Grater

Method
 

  1. Brown beef 5–7 mins. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter + garlic. Sauté 1–2 mins.
  3. Add pasta, broth, seasoning, salt & pepper. Simmer 8–10 mins until pasta is al dente.
  4. Stir in cream + Parmesan. Cook 2–3 mins until creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley + Parmesan. Serve hot.

Notes

Store 3 days in fridge. Add milk/cream when reheating.
Not ideal for freezing—cream may split.
Customize with mushrooms, spinach, or peppers.
