Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 cans cream of onion soup
  • ½ cup water or milk

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish or casserole dish
  • Aluminum foil
  • Instant-read thermometer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place pork chops in greased 9×13 dish.
  3. Whisk soup and liquid together.
  4. Pour over pork.
  5. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  6. Uncover and bake 20–30 minutes.
  7. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
