Ingredients
  

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Sea salt

Equipment

  • Bundt or Savarin pan
  • Mandoline slicer
  • mixing bowl
  • pastry brush
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and butter the pan.
  2. Slice potatoes very thin.
  3. Toss with melted butter and sea salt.
  4. Layer tightly inside the Bundt pan.
  5. Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake another 20–25 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
  8. Invert onto a serving platter and serve warm.

Notes

Russet potatoes create extra crispy layers.
