- Preheat oven to 400°F and butter the pan.
- Slice potatoes very thin.
- Toss with melted butter and sea salt.
- Layer tightly inside the Bundt pan.
- Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Invert onto a serving platter and serve warm.
Notes
Russet potatoes create extra crispy layers.
Serve with roast meats, grilled vegetables, or homemade gravy.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
