Oven-Baked Honey Garlic Sausages

Juicy sausages coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, baked to perfection in one pan. An easy, crowd-pleasing dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 pork or beef sausages or your favorite variety
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. 1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place sausages in a baking dish or foil-lined tray in a single layer.
  3. 2️⃣ Make the Glaze
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until fully combined.
  5. 3️⃣ Coat the Sausages
  6. Pour the glaze over the sausages. Turn each sausage to ensure even coating. Scatter sliced onions around and over the sausages.
  7. 4️⃣ Bake
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning sausages halfway through, until they’re golden, sticky, and cooked through.
  9. 5️⃣ Rest & Serve
  10. Let the sausages rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

🌶️ Add heat: A pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce spices it up.
🐔 Lighten it up: Try turkey or chicken sausages for a leaner version.
🌿 Marinate it: For deeper flavor, marinate sausages in the glaze for 1–2 hours before baking.
🌫️ Smoky twist: Add 1 tsp smoked paprika to the glaze for extra depth.
