- 1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place sausages in a baking dish or foil-lined tray in a single layer.
- 2️⃣ Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until fully combined.
- 3️⃣ Coat the Sausages
- Pour the glaze over the sausages. Turn each sausage to ensure even coating. Scatter sliced onions around and over the sausages.
- 4️⃣ Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning sausages halfway through, until they’re golden, sticky, and cooked through.
- 5️⃣ Rest & Serve
- Let the sausages rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
