Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A crispy, cheesy chicken breast topped with a rich, velvety garlic butter sauce—comfort food that feels restaurant-worthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 🔪 Cutting board & knife
  • 🥄 Shallow dish
  • 🧈 Small saucepan
  • 🧑‍🍳 Baking sheet
  • 🧻 Parchment paper (for easy cleanup)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix flour, Parmesan, and seasonings. Dredge chicken.
  3. Bake chicken 15–20 mins until golden and cooked through.
  4. Make sauce: melt butter, add garlic, then cream and seasonings. Simmer.
  5. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over top.

Notes

Garnish with parsley for extra color.
Great with pasta, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
