Peach Cobbler Cookies
Soft and chewy cookies packed with real peaches and cinnamon sugar—like mini peach cobblers in cookie form!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2¾ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 –1½ cups diced peaches
- Cinnamon-sugar topping optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet.
- Fold in peaches.
- Scoop onto trays, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 10–13 mins. Cool and enjoy!
