Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Rice Krispies – The 20-Minute No-Bake Sensation

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or sturdy spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl (for melting chocolate)

Method
 

  1. Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar until thick.
  3. Fold in Rice Krispies.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  6. Dip balls in chocolate, tap off excess.
  7. Place on parchment to set. Chill 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
Sprinkle with sea salt for a gourmet finish.
