Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Make crust and bake for 8–10 mins.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Mix pecan filling. Gently spoon over cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 45–55 mins. Cool 1 hr, then chill 3–4 hrs.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
