- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar. Simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring often.
- Lower heat; whisk in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Stir in pecans and cook 2 minutes more.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto crackers.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
