- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the tray.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and cook until bubbly and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pecans.
- Pour mixture over crackers. Spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let cool completely on tray.
- Break into pieces and serve or store.
Notes
Use heavy-duty parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Add a sprinkle of sea salt for balance.
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week.
