Pecan Pie Bark

This crunchy, buttery pecan pie bark is the ultimate easy treat. Just a few pantry ingredients turn into a golden, candy-like snack that's perfect for gifting or snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks salted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups chopped pecans
  • Graham crackers enough to cover 1 baking tray

Equipment

  • Large rimmed baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Heavy-bottom saucepan
  • Silicone spatula or spoon
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the tray.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and cook until bubbly and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pecans.
  5. Pour mixture over crackers. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  7. Let cool completely on tray.
  8. Break into pieces and serve or store.

Notes

Use heavy-duty parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Add a sprinkle of sea salt for balance.
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week.
